It is not acceptable that this repair has been outstanding for over 4 months (so far). Why has your contractor not dealt with this in any reasonable timescale? What action is being taken against them?

Nearly 7 months since first reported and this island has STILL not been repaired. Completely unacceptable. Why has this not been dealt with?
