For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • Due to an admin error the original letter was sent to the property next door. This has now been rectified and a new letter sent. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

  • Please allow 28 days for the resident to make arrangments to cut the vegetation back. Due to the amin error and the letter incorrectly being sent to the wrong addresss, we have to allow the correct address the 28 day period before further action.
