Overgrown tree affecting road visibility

Hi.

This tree in front of my property is overgrown and as a result, making visibility very difficult. My property is on a bend on the brow of a hill. Cars come very fast on this road. It has become increasingly difficult to leave my drive safely due to poor visibility as a result of this tree. There has previously been a fatality from this tree and I worry due to the issues with visibility that another one may occur. The roots are also affecting the surrounding pavement. In my humble opinion, this tree needs urgent pruning or removal.

Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
