Tree needs replacing as now leaning towards building and is dangerous
Reported via desktop in the Tree Requires Pruning category by Mark Kenton at 20:48, Fri 3 October 2025
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8250058.
The Crab Apple Tree is now leaning towards both 14 and 14A Percy Road SE207QJ and could with the current wind fall over and damage both properties and the occupants . It has also started to lift the pavement and if it moves any further towards the building it will also bring the Telegraph pole down across the road as it has a landline, line going through it attached to that pole.
