Rain water in pot hole id damaging my flint wall

The pot holes in Warren Road (Chelsfield Village side BR6 6EP) when full of rain water is causing water to be forced out of the potholes my cars and trucks and is constantly damaging my wall which is being eroded / damaged due to the potholes mentioned.
