I reported this the other week and your reply was that it was Network Rails problem. I contacted them and they say it is not their bridge and to contact Bromley Council!! I am really concerned that the whole bridge may be rusting and the job is being passed from one person to the next. Please can you confirm if the council is taking responsibility. Have attached screenshot of Network Rails problem reply.
