  This has not at all been fixed. There is no longer any vegetation but it is still blocked with compact mud. What am I paying my council tax for

• The asset ID above has been inspected and found to be clean and operational - If this is not the gully that you reported, please open a new report with an accurate description of the location of it the nearest door number or lamp post ID is best.

  This problem has not been sorted. Yes the vegetation has been cleared but there is impacted mud in the drain and therefore water cannot drain away. With an election coming up you would think this would focus the mind. It is the drain on the side of Wicks on Anerley Station Road. How much more evidence do you need? Clear the drain completely please.

• The contractors are aware that the gully has not been cleaned - it is on their list and will be done as soon as it can be arranged.

• The contractors have made more than their required attempts to access the gully but were prevented from doing so by cars being parked over it. The asset has been added to a Forward Works Programme where it will be highlighted to the contractors for the next cyclical cleanse in the ward.
