  • I am reopening this incident as the drain, as shown in the attached photo, remains insufficiently unblocked to facilitate proper drainage during rainfall. It appears that when your contractors have addressed the issue, they only clear a few inches of mud and debris, rather than fully resolving the blockage. I have reported this concern multiple times over the past several years, but the issue continues to persist.

  • Thank you for your report and patience whilst we investigated.

    The gullies and their short connections into the public surface water sewer were attended late on the evening of the 22nd January and have been confirmed as fully operational. One asset on corner Tesco sliproad was found to discharge into a suspected blocked Thames Water sewer, and this has now been referred to them for investigation and resolution.
