  • Please note that this issue has not been resolved and the drain is still blocked and road flooded. Please see attached photos taken this morning 09/12/2025 as you can see this was not 'fixed' on 08/12/2025! Please advise and revert this problem to be reopened. Thank you

  • I am reopening this incident as the drain, as shown in the attached photo, remains insufficiently unblocked to facilitate proper drainage during rainfall. It appears that when your contractors have addressed the issue, they only clear a few inches of mud and debris, rather than fully resolving the blockage. I have reported this concern multiple times over the past several years, but the issue continues to persist.

  • Thank you for your report and patience whilst we investigated.

    The gullies and their short connections into the public surface water sewer were attended late yesterday evening and have been confirmed as fully operational. One asset was found to discharge into a suspected blocked Thames Water sewer, and this has now been referred to them for investigation and resolution.
