Overflowing 4 wheel blue plastic industrial dumpster bin on footway in Green Lane, Penge, 8m from the junction with High St. This appears to be the same bin, just relocated, that used to be on the High St frontage containing waste consistent with Greengrocer's waste such as at 173 High St. Current 14/11/25 and former photo attached.
