Someone is trying to remove the sign

We walk past this sign with the dog every day. Someon e is trying to take it off and has moved the right hand side up the pole so it is now near the top and with another attempt will remove it altogether or damage it so it is unreadable. If we fix it sooner rather than later it will be cheaper to fix than buy a new sign.
