Since this happens every single day, when is the sensible decision to replace the bins with covered style to prevent this from happening?

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We are currently in the process of changing all the borough park bins for the closed top dual style bin. We are prioritising Health and Safety, with damaged bins being replaced first. This bin is on our records for replacement and will be prioritised accordingly.
