Drain is collapsing and tarmac is cracked & broken

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8688471.

The Road Drain at the Driveway to Nos 38 & 40 Borkwood Way is collapsing on one side and the Tarmac is cracked leaving a hole on one side of the Drain too !!!

  • I received an email this morning, 13th March 2026, to say that my reported issue had been resolved !!!

    As you can see from the attached pictures the issue has most certainly NOT been resolved !!!! In fact, in the 2 months since I reported this issue the only resolution was a spray line around the drain which was quickly washed away by the rain. So could you please get this sorted ASAP as it has drop further since my initial report !!!!!!!!

  • I received an email this morning, 13th March 2026, to say that my reported issue had been resolved !!!

    As you can see from the attached pictures the issue has most certainly NOT been resolved !!!! In fact, in the 2 months since I reported this issue the only resolution was a spray line around the drain which was quickly washed away by the rain. So could you please get this sorted ASAP as it has drop further since my initial report !!!!!!!!

  • Hi

    Just a quick update, on my follow up above, my original report said the Drain was at the driveway to 38/40 Borkwood Way (an EVEN number) !!!!! Your “Skilled” Road Maintenance team repaired the Drain on the opposite side of the road outside number 49 (an ODD number) !!!!! See attached picture !!!!!! It isn’t rocket science to take the time to read a door number properly !!!!!!
