Big pothole outside number 39

I would like to report a large pothole outside number 39, which has been there for several weeks now. I would also ask that someone inspects Petersham Drive as a whole, as the road is covered with potholes along its entire length. Driving along it feels more like driving on the surface of the moon than on a public road. I would appreciate it if this could be looked into as soon as possible.
