Drain (1 of 3)
Reported via iOS in the Blocked Drain category by Daniel Watson-Marsh at 16:28, Friday 16 January 2026
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8704080.
All three drains here are blocked, causes extream flooding to the Tesco junction. As it’s three in a row I’d say a pipe issue. Been happening for years. Past all today and water up to the grill. This is drain 1 of three

Many thanks for your enquiry, the gullies in the Bickley ward will undergo their cyclical cleanse in February. the contractors will attempt to clean the drain highlighted by you as part of that schedule. Assets requiring Traffic Management may take longer than usual to complete. More information can be found on this link - https://www.bromley.gov.uk/ customer-services/ environmental-services-aims/ 3

Thank you for your report and patience whilst we investigated.
The gullies and their short connections into the public surface water sewer were attended late yesterday evening and have been confirmed as fully operational. One asset was found to discharge into a suspected blocked Thames Water sewer, and this has now been referred to them for investigation and resolution.
