The has been an ongoing issue regarding debris and materials such as cement on the pavement outside the development at this property. This is can cause a hazard to individuals walking past who try to avoid the mess. Particularly individuals who are visually impaired. Please can the council request that this is resolved as this clearly falls under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) and the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. Thank you
