Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8833840.
There are now NO working flood lights between M&S and market square! 2x above JD sports Several above the current building works not accessible And 5 between NatWest and M&S This is. Ie 2nd report as nothing has been done since the first report at the start of January!!!
