Large pot holes have developed on the crest of the hill

Two potholes have developed on the crest of the hill. One is at the transition between concrete road and concrete slab tarmac overlay. Granite sets at boundary of two constructions are being damaged and hole is now spreading! Second pothole has since developed and also spreading. Surfacing showing signs of sub base failure. Potholes have been there for several weeks now but have rapidly started to grow over last week.
