Tree growing fungus

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8903414.

Resident has called to report a tree outside 17 Monor Way. Resident reports the tree started off growing a fungus around the base of the trunk but has now reported this has spread upwards on the tree. Please can this be investigated.
