Rubbish over spilling out of two 240 bins needs 1100 bins make the proprietor pay for proper residential 1100 bins because there are 12 people living in the property and only using two 240 bins. Also there’s rubbish under the hedge. The gardens are strewn with rubbish.

I’ve had to report this about three times. It’s the same scenario all the time overspill rubbish shitty nappies in the street getting sick of it. We’re getting worming. We’re getting foxes need something done. The landlord needs to provide adequate bins for the 12 people that live in the property he’s raking in enough money making him pay for bins or making pay for the cleaning up of the street.
