Overflowing bin on footpath near verge at Princes Plain

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8927602.

Location: Cal de sac end of Princes Plain, grass verge between House no, 130 and Learning Centre. The dog waste bin at the junction of footpaths at top end of verge is full. Can this be emptied please as soon as possible as a lot of dog walkers use this bin and footpath. Many thanks.
