Drain and two poholes

The drain is loose and I can hear it bang when buses run over it. The two potholes are getting bigger quite quickly as the buses tend to go over them as well. Cracks are appearing from kerb to potholes in centre of road. This is over distance of approx 5 metres.

    The dMge around the drain has worsened due to the buses and larger vehicles having to drive over due to parked vehicles. The markings outlining the damage and the damage to the two holes in the road have almost worn away.
