Litter, bottles, cans along the alley

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8949682.

A large bag of women's stuff dropped near the entrance from the allay to the garage has split open with everything littering the alley, which is used constantly.

Also, a lot of mud, shingle and sand left by the recent contractors make the alley very dirty and slippery in the rain.
