Leaf and drainage neglect

On a yearly basis, I find myself clearing significant accumulation of leaves from the pavement and this year the drainage gully outside our property because it is left unattended for a very extended period. This year, the blockage has reached a point where drainage is impeded and making it difficult to exit from the car/road to the pavement.
