Potholes at the beginning of the road and yellow linesin the area worn away.

Reported via mobile in the Road Defect category anonymously at 17:50, Saturday 21 February 2026

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8970165.

It is a narrow entrance to lancaster close and cars are parking on the junction with durham avenue which is also partly obscured with bushes and can be dangerous. The potholes cause cars to shudder and change direction. The road has been like this for some weeks, caused by multiple heavy trucks and vans along a road which was not designed for such traffic.

  • Hi. The yellow line is still largely illegible. It only extends about 20ft into Lancaster Close from Durham Avenue but it prevents drivers parking on the corner and obscuring driving out of the Close. Thanks
