• Thank you for your continued patience. The contractors have been made aware that the gully has yet to be cleaned, and we are liaising with them to ensure the matter is addressed as promptly as possible.

• Apologies that this problem remains unresolved. We are working with the relevant contractors to schedule the gully cleaning works as soon as practicable.

• The contractors were unable to clean the gully due to vehicles being parked over it. The gully has been highlighted to the gully crew to try again in the upcoming Chislehurst ward cyclical cleanse.
