Why the lies??? Nothing has been done! Why is this so difficult to get repaired?? Three times this has been marked as fixed. Can someone in authority provide an explanation. Oh, and reported 122 days ago.

Hi.
Can you explain why this report was marked as fixed on three separate occasions, only for it to now be closed on the basis that it doesn’t meet the criteria for investigation?
These are two entirely different outcomes. If the issue never met the threshold for investigation, why was it repeatedly recorded as fixed? Please explain the reasoning behind these contradictory decisions.

Work was raised and completed for any defects that were found. The road is continually monitored and any safety defects will be raised.
