Holes getting worse and DANGEROUS

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9146688.

Still waiting for fix to collection of holes at bottom of hill on curve in road, Shire Lane, both sides. Reported MONTHS ago before it got this bad, and all you have done is mark out the holes in white paint, which is now badly faded. Deep and DANGEROUS requires fix SOONEST! Really fed up waiting actually.

  • Still waiting, reported at least 2 months ago by my reckoning, holes deeper and more dangerous, of course your white paint markings have long since faded, and vehicles now crossing over to the opposite carriageway to avoid, or going into the gutter. What is it with Bromley Council and Shire Lane, do you think if you ignore the problems they will disappear as if by magic?? This is particularly dangerous as on a tight bend at the bottom of a hill,....Health & Safety assessment, anyone at Bromley Council interested? Please don't tell me this is a duplicate report, I know, I've reported it at least 4 times, and you have done nothing! Escalate to senior management? Actually, the whole surface the length of Shire Lane is a disgrace! So much for the promises last year of a temporary closure followed by a proper fix!

  • Still waiting for a date for scheduled fix to this dangerous issue. Waiting for at least 3 months now, you know it's dangerous, you've been out with your (now badly faded) white paint! Not good enough, dangerous fast and busy road.
