I would to make a complaint about heavy vehicles (e.g. bus, trucks, lorries, etc) driving down the manhole cover on my road. When they pass by my house, it causes noise and vibration within my house, causing drawers and cupboards to vibrate slightly and this can cause a safety issue or a general nuisance due to the noise it makes.
