Rubbish dumped every week

In the middle of mallard walk as you turn from kingfisher a lot of rubbish is being dumped each week in the bushes from people who live facing the bushes (mallard walk) this is a reoccurring thing. Weekends they hang in their vehicles with their friends and eat take aways and dump their rubbish there. It gets cleaned and it fills up again of rubbish dumped by people living opposite. This is unfair and a health hazard as it attracts foxes mice ect as well as a ugly site. A sign should be put up on the wall . Leaflets should be given out to the neighbourhood especially mallard walk in the middle.
