Fly-tipping of waste by neighbour in skip

Reported via desktop in the Flytip category anonymously at 23:04, Wednesday 8 April 2026

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9261289.

Household and electrical waste has been dumped in our skip on two nights running. The first night the person was caught by another neighbour filling their skip at no. 4 Lubbock Road and was told to remove it, around 7pm. They subsequently took some of the items to my skip on Porrington Close. They returned this evening sometime between 6.20pm and 8.20pm to dump more waste. Some of the items will have to be removed from the skip for special disposal such as electrical items, 5 ft LED tube lights, a tattoo gun and inks. Some of the packaging has the owner's name and address on. They live in Lower Camden. I can no longer use the skip as it has been filled with this person's waste, and the skip company will refuse to take it if I don't remove the prohibited items.
