Vehicle abandoned for over 6 months

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9269056.

The vehicle shows in the windscreen assigned to suggest that it is not abandoned and it is under repair. However, it has been in the exact same position and has been completely untouched for six or seven months. The vehicle is clearly abandoned. The plates have been removed and it is not being attended by anyone.
