Lamppost on path not working and bushes overgrown

I spoke with a local resident of Stalisfield Place today, who highlighted that a lamppost leading down the path between this estate and Downe Recreation Ground does not work. He also mentioned that the bushes adjacent to the path have become overgrown. Please can these be investigated and remedied.
