Litter dog waste bin on footpath at "bridge" just outside Richmal Compton Field.

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9279473.

Litter Dog Waste bin is now overflowing & also a white plastic container with no screw top contains some petrol has also been left. Can bin be emptied & container also taken away. Many thanks,
