Garden waste bin not emptied - road missed

Photos show garden waste bin ready for collection since Sunday afternoon (RingVideo doorbell camera). Neighbours informed me that vehicle did not drive down our part of the road. System says bin not presented which is clearly incorrect. System also says can’t report as missed which is unacceptable as the bin was there since 4.20pm yesterday
