Abandoned Van

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9285229.

The Van has been parked here for almost five weeks and has not moved. While the vehicle is taxed/MOT'd it has two flat tyres so isn't roadworthy and the owner is not returning to fix the issue/remove it

  • We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.
