Excessive dog fouling.

Dog fouling, poo in large quantities everywhere, certain dog owners are not picking up after their animals. Young women regularly takes her dog to defecate twice a day, morning and evening and refuses to pick up afterwards. Pit bull type dogs are also pooing late at night all along the footpath.

The smell is incredibly bad, foul. Probably about 20 poos all along the path.

Two things 1 a cleansing team with disinfectant cleans the area. 2 a warden, preferably plain clothed patrols this area and fines them.
