Chelsfield play park in need of various fixes

The whole play park in general is tired, drab and full of various hazards, mainly trip hazards. The ground areas surrounding every single play item in it has cracks, holes and uneven floor, stone trim which time after time causes trips and accidents. The “soft” floor is not soft and is lifting away, again causing trip hazards for children and also adults. Everything also needs a repaint.
