These residents do not store or present their rubbish for collection in a suitable container. Every other week when it is a dustbin collection we have this problem. It is absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. I have similar pictures from a few weeks ago. This has been in this state since Friday’s bin collection. The property responsible is the maisonette above no9 Kingsway.
