Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9443891.

I crossed the road through the cones and only looked to my left from the traffic island as the cars came from the right on the wrong side of the road. Fortunately the car was driving slowly and stopped. It is not lear from a pedestrian point of view that cars aren't driving on the correct side of the road.
