Thank you for your report.
The gullies you have highlighted have been inspected and have been confirmed to be in a non-critical location.
For context, ‘critical location’ gullies are those which could contribute to or cause flooding of nearby properties, or significant surface water pooling, where no other drainage assets are able to take the additional flow. In contrast, ‘non-critical location’ gullies are those which would not cause flooding or excessive pooling, and where nearby operational drainage assets can adequately manage the flow.
As there is currently no evidence of an active issue at this location, reactive works will not be instructed. However, the Chislehurst ward soon undergo the cyclical cleanse, and the gully highlighted by you will be cleared as part of that programme.
If you do observe flooding or surface water pooling here, please raise a new report and we will be happy to investigate further.
