Your contractor has failed to empty my bin for the 2nd time running

Sent to Bromley Council 1 day, 19 hours, 15 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 9582492.

Their is a large tree at the end of the drive which you refuse to remove resulting in my car being constantly covered in bird excrement. Because of this tree, the binmen do not notice the bin left out and so my bin remains unemptied
