Please could you arrange for the pathways along King Hall Road to be swept and cleaned as soon as possible. This work needs to be carried out by hand only, as the machine does not provide a satisfactory result. The area has not been properly cleaned for some time and now requires immediate attention. Could management also please review this, as it is becoming increasingly urgent. Many thanks,
