Rubbish is dropped by bin men and they just leave it! Its hard enough keeping Barham Road and Marsham Close clear of rubbish on the ground and its worse after bin collection day. A letter should be sent to every address warning of litter scattering in this road. I am the only one that litter picks in what is a big road with off roads/paths. We pay council tax for this!
