Looks like a rat hole dug imto the flower border on the left side of the path up to the steps to the BCC church entrance which is in its own courtyatd.

I think the rat has tunnelled into the left flower bed. Please can you arrange to investigate this and resolve please. Parents with Babies and toddlers use this pathway daily as playgroups and a nursery school take place here daily. Perhaps block this hole firmly with fist sized rock hammered hard into the hole . Thank you.
