This is an annual problem that if not attended to causes the drain to block and then cause flooding to the premises at the bottom of the close

  • The issue has not been addressed and is still the same as originally reported. Outside 12 and 13 Bluebell Close at the bottom of the close.

  • Thank you for your additional comments and apologies for the delay having this request resolved. The team visited the road today and swept the area in question. Despite the accurate location in the comments that you had provided, the team went to the wrong wrong road on their first attempt as the pin was dropped in Percival Road. Appropriate action has now been taken.
