Newlands Park footway opposite Newlands Parade shops, nr Penge East Station, what looks like the electrical insides of a Thames Water 1m high, grey, octagonal bollard have been left on the public footway beside the bollard.

Seen Friday 12/6/26 1pm.

I have filled in the TW Web form on 13/6/26 but it was difficult to use the report form, the map and there was no means of uploading the photos.
