Bin men on Friday 12/6/26 clearly had a hydraulic leak and continued driving and spreading oil through out the road this is a private road but Bromley’s responsibility due to this being a Bromley borough housing estate and also being Bromley’s waste disposal men doing this and not clearing or cleaning it up
