Blocked drainin road is overflowing and heavy rains are causing the area shown to collect water and seep down to basement rooms, causing damp and mould.

This needs to be addressed ASAP as basement walls are getting worse. Every time it rains it seeps down the pavement into the basement rooms below. Thank you
