New watering bag needed for young tree

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9758091.

Please can you replace the watering bag for the tree outside 58/60 Harwood Avenue Bromley. The straps attaching the current bag to the support stakes has ripped. The bag is now not elevated from the ground meaning water is not seeping out and watering the tree.
